Description

Lead the design, development, and execution of Salesforce Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud applications across the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom functionality, features, and enhancements for various user personas.
• Execute declarative and custom configurations, including users, profiles, and permissions.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from technical design through testing and deployment.
• Automate testing for new features and existing functionality to maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure business needs are delivered on schedule.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Proven experience standing up Salesforce instances from scratch and migrating packages between orgs.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and the Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Expertise integrating Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud via web services, SOAP, XML, REST, Microservices, FHIR, and HL7.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce test automation.
• Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Scheduling components.
• Ability to develop custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Experience implementing Einstein analytics and the Einstein platform.
