Description

Own end-to-end development and execution of Salesforce Service Cloud and Knowledge Cloud applications throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement declarative and custom application configurations.
• Build and maintain new features, enhancements, and test automation for existing functionality.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from technical design through testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver business requirements.
• Apply architecture best practices, design patterns, and coding standards to maintain product quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
• Proven experience standing up Salesforce instances from scratch and migrating packages between orgs.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and the Salesforce security model.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Expertise in integrating systems using Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST, Microservices, FHIR, and HL7.
• Experience with Salesforce test automation.
• Ability to develop custom objects, fields, formulas, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience within the Healthcare industry.
• Experience with the Einstein platform and Einstein Analytics.
• Experience using FSL and Scheduling components.
