Description

You will design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Experience Cloud solutions, including employer/employee portals and registration workflows.
• Manage multilingual CMS content and implement Community templates for Partner and Customer portals.
• Develop new functionality using declarative and programmatic approaches within the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze requirements to design scalable solutions, accounting for platform limitations and trade-offs.
• Execute automated processes for building, packaging, and testing applications for continuous integration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of Experience Cloud experience on projects with over 500 users.
• At least 5 years of Experience Cloud experience supporting Partner, Customer (Plus and High Volume), Per login, and User licenses.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Solid understanding of CMS, database concepts, and content management.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience working within agile software development frameworks.
• Certified Community Cloud Consultant.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 9 years of work experience (6 years if holding an Associate's degree).

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
