Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Service Cloud and Health Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement configurations and customizations specific to Service Cloud.
• Support Health Cloud requirements and technical workflows.
• Collaborate on technical delivery, including weekly travel from East Coast locations or on-site work in Indianapolis.
• Maintain existing solutions and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Health Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
