Description

Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions integrated with Community Cloud for customer communities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Cloud solutions for customer communities.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, and VisualForce.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Lightning and JavaScript.
• Manage environment setups, release processes, and code versioning.
• Utilize deployment methodologies to maintain data integrity and system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience delivering solutions for Customer Communities on the Community Cloud platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, and Lightning.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Eclipse IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, and Ant tool.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Objects and Data Models.
• Hands-on experience with Reports and Dashboards.
• Knowledge of environment management and release management best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
