Description

You will lead the implementation and management of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather detailed business requirements.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
• Configure and implement Service Cloud features including Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Lightning Experience.
• Build custom workflows and automations to optimize customer service processes.
• Collaborate with developers on custom code, integrations, and complex technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting.
• Deep functional expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and implement Service Console and Omni-Channel.
• Experience configuring Case Management and Knowledge Base.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience and automation tools.
• Proficiency working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
