Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to design and implement scalable solutions on Service Cloud.
  • Serve as technical lead for full lifecycle Service Cloud projects, from requirements to deployment.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Configure and manage core Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.
  • Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.
  • Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous Apex).
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Email-to-Case and Omni-Channel setup.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
