Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design and implement scalable Service Cloud solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for full lifecycle projects, from requirements to deployment.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure core features including Case Management, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.
• Design and build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Email-to-Case and Omni-Channel setup.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
