Description

You will build and configure solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Service Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Service Cloud and Data Cloud features, including case types, SLAs, and routing rules.
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components and webforms to interact with external services.
• Implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and external portals using OAuth 2.0.
• Configure sharing, visibility rules, profiles, and permission sets to manage team access.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing and deployments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, Omni-Channel, and workflow logic.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, specifically Data Streams, ingestion, and connected apps.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Validation Rules.
• Proficiency with REST, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 for API integrations.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external support platforms like Freshdesk.
• Skilled in unit and integration testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development cycles using Jira.
• Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with SOAP integrations.
