You will design and develop technical solutions on the Force.com platform and custom ServiceMax environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and design technical solutions for ServiceMax and Service Cloud.
- Develop code using Apex, Smart Docs, and Visualforce.
- Configure ServiceMax Field Service Modules (SFMs) and other core modules.
- Implement ServiceMax solutions following Force.com development best practices.
- Manage technical delivery and influence stakeholders across business and IT departments.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in ServiceMax, SFDC, and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Smart Docs, and Visualforce.
- ServiceMax Certified professional status.
- SFDC Certified Developer (401) certification.
- Experience working with distributed global teams, specifically offshore teams in India.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
