Description

You will design and develop technical solutions on the Force.com platform and custom ServiceMax environments.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and design technical solutions for ServiceMax and Service Cloud.
  • Develop code using Apex, Smart Docs, and Visualforce.
  • Configure ServiceMax Field Service Modules (SFMs) and other core modules.
  • Implement ServiceMax solutions following Force.com development best practices.
  • Manage technical delivery and influence stakeholders across business and IT departments.

Required Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing technical solutions.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceMax, SFDC, and Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Smart Docs, and Visualforce.
  • ServiceMax Certified professional status.
  • SFDC Certified Developer (401) certification.
  • Experience working with distributed global teams, specifically offshore teams in India.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Preferred Skills

  • SFDC Certification 501.
