Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing and implementing the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions in alignment with business strategies
• Ensuring the Salesforce Services Solutions' Technical Core Model is well-documented and consistent
• Presenting analysis and detailed solution documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Leading development, packaging, and release management activities for Salesforce applications
• Supporting the rollout of Salesforce applications and ensuring adherence to the Core Model
• Collaborating with internal and external IS&T partners to deliver high-quality projects on time

Experience Required: 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce developer tools such as Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool. 1+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies.

Education: Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology
