Description

Own the technical design, development, and release of Salesforce Service solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain core models, ensuring consistent technical documentation.
• Lead development, packaging, and release management for Salesforce applications.
• Present detailed solution documentation to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IS&T partners to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including Lightning, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Test classes.
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Release Migration Tool and platform events.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, and Connected Apps.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and relational database technologies.
