Description

You will own the technical design, development, and release management of Salesforce Service solutions. You ensure the technical core model is documented, consistent, and aligned with business strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, packaging, and release management for Salesforce applications.
• Design and implement technical solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Present analysis and detailed solution documentation to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support application rollout and ensure adherence to the Core Model.
• Collaborate with IS&T partners to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including Lightning, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years with Salesforce developer tools (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript).
• 1+ years with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and Platform Events.
• Experience with Connected Apps and SSO/OAuth.
• Engineering degree, preferably in information technology.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Mobile SDK and Release Migration Tool.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and relational database technologies.
