Description

You will implement and support solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Service Cloud and backend integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate Salesforce with other IT solutions and external systems.
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of Jira for defect tracking and project management.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data management within Salesforce.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
