Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative and custom development approaches.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Flows, validation rules, approvals, and workflow automation.
• Design and support integrations using Salesforce APIs and platform events.
• Implement asynchronous processing using Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex.
• Support data modeling, migration, and large-volume data handling strategies.
• Ensure code quality, governor limit compliance, and security best practices.
• Manage OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets for secure access control.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, source-driven development, and environment management.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders for solution delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, and LWC development.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and platform events.
• Knowledge of SOQL, Visualforce, and asynchronous processing patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source-driven development, and deployment management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture and compliance practices.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required
