Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Salesforce applications.
• Manage and optimize Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance during Salesforce implementation and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Maintain expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices and release management.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce product updates, features, and innovations.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and LWC development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
