Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Build data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes.
• Execute data migration strategies and ETL processes to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Technical knowledge of SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, plus SQL and ORACLE.
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and WCAG 2.0/2.1/ARIA accessibility standards.
• BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
