Description

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical guidance to development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware platforms.
• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Deliver technical guidance on Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets).
• Experience with integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Copado, Jenkins, and Git.
• Proven experience working in CRM or Customer engagement platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
