Description

You own the full lifecycle of Salesforce development and administration, from gathering requirements to deploying scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own Jira tickets from analysis through deployment, including troubleshooting production issues.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure complex admin features including Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, conduct demos, and support UAT.
• Manage data operations, security, and metadata hygiene while contributing to process improvements.

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of Salesforce experience across development and administration.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with business stakeholders.
• On-site presence in San Jose, CA.
