Description

You will serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert, owning delivery across the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.
• Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components.
• Perform complex configuration, including Flows, Permission Sets, and Approval Processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience across Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Expertise in Data Modelling and understanding the Salesforce data and security models.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Proficiency with Middleware coordination for integration support.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into user stories.
• Experience managing data operations, including loads and cleansing.
