Description

You serve as the technical lead and primary consultant for all requirements under this task order.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Azure DevOps environment to support CI/CD efforts for Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Propose and implement process improvements and Salesforce functionalities, including ERP integration via source code and APIs.
• Monitor system health using network management tools and record technical issues within the ITSM ticket system.
• Provide monthly status updates and technical recommendations through TRB or CAB.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Technical Architect Certification.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years of federal contracting experience.
• Information Assurance Technician (IAT) III certification.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD implementation for Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• MA/MS in a technical discipline.
