Description

Architect, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom integrations and analytics, to support business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus and Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, scheduled/batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components to extend platform capabilities.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DocuSign) using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
• Configure and maintain automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
• Create and manage CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards, data recipes, and Einstein Analytics components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience with 8+ total IT experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP API integrations and OAuth authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Formulas, and Assignment Rules.
• Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau/Einstein Analytics) and Data Loader migrations.
• Familiarity with DocuSign CLM implementation and workflow integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus.
• Knowledge of Jira for project tracking and issue management.
