Description

You will design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce products and capabilities.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and data models.
• Provide level of effort estimates and communicate solution feasibility, benefits, and risks.
• Mentor junior technical and functional team members while collaborating with distributed and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Javascript and front-end frameworks including Lightning, Angular, React, or Ember.
• Experience working with source control and continuous integration.
• Current Salesforce certifications such as App Builder or Platform Developer I.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to produce architectural diagrams and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
