Lead enterprise-scale modernization initiatives for critical Child Welfare and State Hospital systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Drive modernization of legacy systems into scalable cloud solutions.
• Mentor development teams on best practices and code quality.
• Manage integrations, security protocols, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSL.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Oracle SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Web Services.
• Proven track record in enterprise implementations and system integrations.
• Active Salesforce Certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
• Technical leadership and solution design expertise.
