Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce and Pivotal CRM solutions, defining technical standards and mentoring the India-based development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and functional processes into detailed technical architecture documents.
• Configure development, testing, and production environments, including application installations and governance structures.
• Manage integrations using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, Cast Iron, or Informatica.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and best practices for system administrators and end-users.

Required Skills

• 10-13 years of experience in CRM implementation or system design, including 3-5 end-to-end SFDC implementations.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications: 401 and 201.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Force.com development best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex programming (SOSL, SOQL, Triggers, Web Services/APIs).
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce pages, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, and Profiles.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce security model and cloud encryption technologies.
• Competency in JavaScript, SQL, and general web technologies.
• Experience with business process mapping, technical requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
• Background in Sales and Marketing processes within financial services, preferably Asset Management.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification 501.
• Experience with Service Cloud.
• Exposure to full lifecycle CRM platform migrations.
