Description

You will design and lead the architecture for complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing clouds.
• Develop program-wide architecture frameworks and provide oversight across simultaneous workstreams.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments and advise on ecosystem strategy as a trusted technical advisor.
• Govern integration strategies between Salesforce and external ERP and CRM systems.
• Mentor administrators, developers, and consultants while supporting pre-sales technical assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns using APIs and Middleware.
• Experience designing scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Platform Developer and Salesforce Administrator concepts.
