Description

You will design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud applications for a large-scale contact center environment supporting over 1500 agents.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions integrating Salesforce with cloud telephony platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, design specifications, and test scenarios.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Own the delivery, support, and integration of CRM application architectures.
• Mentor development teams and manage technical risks to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery.
• Hands-on development expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM application architecture.
• Proven track record with Web Services, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working within SDLC frameworks including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.
• 1+ years of experience leading cloud application development and API integrations.
• 1+ years of experience using Jira and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin, App Builder, or Developer certifications.
• Prior experience with chat integrations and Level 1 & 2 support ownership.
• Experience implementing solutions using DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
