Description

Lead Salesforce development teams, architecting scalable solutions and mentoring developers on Apex, LWC, and integration best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs for cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues, manage UAT, and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate efforts, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex and Triggers.
• Proven experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions, including LWC.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administrator tasks and configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator).
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and system design documentation.
