You will design and define enterprise-scale Salesforce architectural solutions, guiding technology stack decisions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and define the overall Salesforce architectural solution for enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stack changes to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Interface and Integration teams to design solutions involving SAP, GBI, and MuleSoft.
• Guide and mentor offshore development teams to ensure rigorous analysis and documentation standards.
• Partner with Business SPOCs and Product Owners to define application roadmaps and high-level execution plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and design.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and GBI systems.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns and implementation.
• Proven experience working directly with Product Owners to translate requirements into technical plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore team coordination and mentorship.
• Background in enterprise-scale solution design and roadmap planning.
