Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that integrate with state-level platforms, specifically the Georgia Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Gateway.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and the IEG Gateway to ensure reliable data synchronization and process automation.
• Develop end-to-end architecture for grant management and financial reporting workflows.
• Create secure data flows using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to connect Salesforce with state systems.
• Guide development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Strong proficiency in API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware.
• Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government environments.
• Knowledge of federal grant management requirements.
