Description

Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway for grant management and financial reporting. Lead technical architecture and development teams to ensure secure, compliant data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging IES Gateway for grant processing and financial reporting.
• Build secure integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to synchronize data with state systems.
• Guide development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Partner with DECAL stakeholders to translate complex integration requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specs, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years’ experience with government system integrations.
• Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Developer Architect or Integration Architect certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government projects.
