Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions integrating with IES Gateway for grant management and financial reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway for reliable data synchronization.
• Create integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
• Guide development teams in implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex integration needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware.
• Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government projects.
