Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on integration with IES Gateway for grant management and financial reporting. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway to ensure reliable data synchronization.
  • Develop integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows.
  • Guide development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to Salesforce and state system standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate complex integration requirements into technical architecture.
  • Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
  • Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
  • 5+ years of experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency with MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware technologies.
  • Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certified Developer Architect or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
  • Knowledge of federal grant management requirements and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, or GitHub.
