Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions integrating with the Georgia Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Gateway to support grant management and financial reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IEG Gateway for reliable data synchronization and process automation.
• Develop end-to-end Salesforce architectures leveraging state-level system capabilities for grant processing and compliance tracking.
• Create secure data flows using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish interoperability between Salesforce and state systems.
• Guide development teams in implementing solutions while adhering to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
• Strong technical documentation and project management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government projects.
• Knowledge of federal grant management requirements.
