Description

You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions integrating with state-level platforms, specifically the IEW Gateway.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IEW Gateway to ensure reliable data synchronization.
• Develop end-to-end Salesforce architectures leveraging gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting.
• Create secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Guide development teams to ensure technical implementations adhere to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex integration requirements into technical specifications and documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Proven experience working with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
• Expertise in API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including architecture diagrams and API specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, or GitHub.
• Knowledge of federal grant management requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies within government projects.
