Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on IES Gateway integration, grant management, and financial reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway for reliable data synchronization.
• Develop integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
• Lead development teams in implementing solutions that adhere to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet federal and state security requirements, including data protection and audit mechanisms.
• Translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical architecture, documentation, and API specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in API design, web services, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, or GitHub.
• Knowledge of federal grant management requirements and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
