Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions focused on IES Gateway integration for grant management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway to ensure reliable data synchronization and process automation.
• Create integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
• Guide development teams in implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and state system standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex integration needs into technical solutions and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.
• Ensure all solutions meet federal and state security requirements, including data protection and audit mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
• 2+ years of experience with government system integrations.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with APIs, including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with middleware and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
• Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of federal grant management requirements and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
