Description

You will lead technical delivery and consultative discussions to design and implement Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discussions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical visions.
• Customize, develop, and support solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Guide technical specialists through the full software development lifecycle using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions from proposal through to production support.
• Perform code and configuration reviews for yourself and your peers to ensure quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical solution architecture or development.
• Advanced Salesforce customization including Apex and Visualforce development.
• Proficiency in building integrated solutions using REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL, and SOQL query languages.
• Experience with Salesforce data loading tools such as Data Loader or Data Stage.
• Foundational knowledge of source control tools like Git or SVN.
• Experience working with Eclipse or Maven Mate IDEs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and OOP concepts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lightning components.
• Knowledge of Java or .NET programming.
• Hands-on experience migrating code and configuration to production environments.
