Description

Lead technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions from proposal through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discussions with enterprise customers to define business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Design and manage integration of Salesforce with external systems and custom extensions using APIs.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, including documentation of as-is and to-be architectures.
• Direct the full project lifecycle, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources from requirements to go-live.
• Guide development teams on best practices for programming, documentation, and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical solution architecture or senior development roles.
• Advanced Salesforce customization using Apex and Visualforce.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com APIs and REST.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Competency in Java or .NET programming.
• Ability to map complex business requirements to technical system specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lightning components.
