Description

You will lead the architecture and design of B2B commerce and CRM platforms, defining technical components for large-scale releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Define architectural approaches and design technical components for large-scale releases.
  • Evaluate system requirements to recommend appropriate Config vs. Code strategies.
  • Partner with Product Owners to roadmap pre-release requirements and identify work scale.
  • Provide technical vision and scalability requirements to platform architects and technical leads.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and present technical rationales to IT leadership.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience with at least three end-to-end Salesforce project transformations.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce.com, Lightning Experience, B2B Commerce, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Hands-on development proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Aura, and LWC.
  • Experience integrating enterprise software via MuleSoft (real-time) and Informatica Cloud (batch).
  • Ability to build web services using REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Functional expertise in Order to Cash processes, including credit management, fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS-driven portals.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams of over 100 members within Scrum processes.
  • Proficiency with REST, SOAP, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Agile.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer II, and Sales, Service, or Community Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
