You will architect and optimize Salesforce solutions to drive patient engagement and operational efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize current Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integrations.
• Analyze patient journeys to implement CRM automation and engagement strategies.
• Design future-state Salesforce solutions aligned with business and transformation goals.
• Leverage Salesforce automation, AI, and analytics to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solution blueprints and strategic roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce and Salesforce Flow Automation.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Modeling, Sharing, and Security.
• Proven track record in CRM solution design and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect, Consultant, Platform Developer, Administrator, or Health Cloud Specialist.
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
• Background integrating Salesforce with marketing, patient support, and analytics platforms.
