Description

Define and govern Salesforce solution architecture for enterprise initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish architectural principles, design patterns, and guardrails for scalable implementations.
• Review user stories and technical designs to maintain integrity and reduce rework.
• Guide architecture across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Oversee data model design, automation strategy, security architecture, and performance optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and MuleSoft middleware.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in Solution Architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture.
• Expertise in Data Modeling for scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystems.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting tools.
