Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain scalable Salesforce architecture and strategies that integrate with existing systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
• Lead technical implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Oversee testing and validation to ensure performance benchmarks are met.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex development.
• Strong knowledge of integration methods such as APIs and middleware.
• Proven experience in data management.
• Ability to map complex business processes to Salesforce solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
