Description

Lead technical and data architecture for a cloud-based Salesforce LPI application in Boston, MA.

You will own the technical direction, partnering with implementation vendors to define solution architecture, establish delivery milestones, and enforce release criteria. You direct external vendors to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with the technical vision. You oversee technology delivery across software development, data engineering, analytics, QA, and UX. You build internal expertise on vendor-delivered solutions to support long-term technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and refine solution architecture in partnership with implementation vendors.
• Establish working agreements, technology milestones, delivery schedules, and product release criteria.
• Direct external vendors to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with technical vision.
• Oversee technology delivery across software development, data engineering, analytics, QA, and UX.
• Build internal expertise on vendor-delivered solutions to support long-term technology roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM platform, including DataCloud, Einstein, and DocuSign.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency with RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and REST API frameworks.
• Experience using Jira and Copado for CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning mobile application frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery involving external software vendors.
