Description

You will define, govern, and validate end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, CLM, and integrated business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate a scalable, efficient, and sustainable Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud global implementations.
• Evaluate proposed solutions for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability.
• Translate business strategies and requirements into holistic Salesforce solutions balancing user experience, performance, and compliance.
• Review and approve functional designs across workstreams including Sales, Service, CLM, Integration, and Data.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout discovery, design, build, testing, and cutover phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce solutions architecting and multi-cloud architecture across Sales, Service, and CLM.
• Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce architectures adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Hands-on experience with integration strategies involving enterprise platforms like SAP, Agiloft, and Workday, including API usage and middleware.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and cleansing processes in collaboration with data teams.
• Demonstrated ability to provide architectural oversight and lead cross-functional teams, including system integrators and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of architectural governance and DevOps alignment, including environment strategy and release sequencing.
• Salesforce Cloud certifications are required, preferably multiple across the Salesforce Platform.
