You will lead sales-driven solutioning and design on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive pre-sales and solution design, defining business value propositions with sales and customer teams.
• Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
• Convert business challenges into technical strategies using Salesforce AI and automation.
• Articulate innovation and thought leadership to CXOs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Proven record in pre-sales, consulting, and enterprise-grade implementation cycles.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven solutioning.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, governance, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in Technology, Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, or Mfg industry verticals.
• Ability to manage diverse team and project stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Cx Cloud or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
