Description

You will architect and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions on Salesforce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into functional and technical Salesforce specifications.
• Conduct customer workshops and prepare end-to-end Solution Design Documents.
• Design, develop, debug, and deploy solutions to client Salesforce organizations.
• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software/CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on large Salesforce engagements.
• Extensive experience implementing solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience designing and developing integrations using SOAP and REST API.
• Functional understanding of cloud products including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency with Agile project management methods.
• Experience in application development and integration using various design patterns.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for technical and non-technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
