Description

You will design and implement Salesforce and Conga solutions to support APAC Customer Care, Field Service, and Commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to produce data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement changes and parameterization within the Salesforce and Conga platforms.
• Write functional and technical documentation for all system enhancements and projects.
• Manage testing processes, including UAT organization and system validation before business delivery.
• Collaborate with business teams to improve process efficiency and productivity via Salesforce.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Direct experience with Conga CLM solutions and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience using Jira for project and task management.
• Proven track record in an IT business-facing role.
• Ability to perform hands-on development and parameterization when required.

Preferred Skills

• Technical University Degree.
• Experience within the Pharma industry.
