You will design and deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Tech leads, and business stakeholders to translate business scope into technical architecture.
• Design and lead complex API-based integration solutions connecting Salesforce with external systems.
• Ensure all solutions meet data security and performance standards, designing appropriate backup/restore strategies.
• Lead code reviews, design sessions, and collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecting and developing complex solutions in the Salesforce platform.
• Certification in Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect.
• Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, development, and advanced architectural patterns.
• Experience with object-oriented design patterns in Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby.
• Experience with data migration strategies and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and using Shield/Lightning Experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis and business process design.
• Knowledge of GITHUB/BitBucket version control solutions and Agile Methodologies.
