Description

You will architect and execute scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, bridging strategic delivery with hands-on platform implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional data flows, including HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing and six downstream operating system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, managing portal strategies for scheduling, invoice management, and future e-commerce gateways.
• Drive the creation of SOPs to streamline proposal management and optimize the data model for future scale.
• Triage incoming requests, separating L1/L2 support needs from strategic enhancements, and guide offshore development priorities.
• Manage third-party app ecosystems, specifically document generation and storage workflows using Conga, DocuSign, and AWS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Hands-on proficiency with Setup, Flow Builder, and Process Builder.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL tools, Snowflake, and Data Fabrics.
• Experience managing data pipelines using Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.
• Proficiency with integration platforms and CPQ concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Rally, and Confluence for Agile tracking and documentation.
• Ability to map complex functional data flows using Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience managing third-party app ecosystems (Conga, DocuSign, AWS).
• Experience with document generation and storage workflows.
